Haben

Hey guys! We're in the plane to Asmara, Eritrea and I am so pumped! So far we have stopped at Holland. There, we got to spend a lot of time w/ family! Then, we went to Dubai! We arrived at night so we had to sleep! :( Then, we went exploring...teehee! We saw the tallest building in the world, largest mall, a mall with a place to ski, and we went to find sand dunes. Unfortunately, we had no idea where these dunes were so we just headed far way from the city in hopes that we would find the great, piles of sand. Basically our plan failed. Oh, we found the sand dunes alright! But there were giant ants chasing us for shade and guard dogs barking at us. I am not sure if we were on military property or not. :) Anyways after we found our piles, we jumped back into the awesome car we rented and followed the really stupid GPS that got us lost 20 times! Anyways it was a long day in Dubai. When we finally got home (the hotel), Lianda and I dropped into bed for 20 minutes. Lianda had a major headache and would not wake up so Daddy and Salina left us to go watch the FIFA World Cup Final Holland vs. Spain in a restaurant of the hotel. Not wanting to miss the game, Lianda and I got up, ate, took showers and rushed downstairs only missing the first 30 minutes. About the game....well I have a lot to say about that but for now I'll just say it was very dissapointing.  :(
